Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev is set to stand trial in a Dutch court next year. He was arrested earlier this year on charges of concealing criminal fund flows and facilitating money laundering. Pertsev was released on bail in April of 2023. The trial will take place on March 26 and 27, 2024.
