A popular NFT platform, Milady, is facing a serious crisis after its founder, Charlotte Fang, revealed that the platform’s treasury was embezzled of about $1 million by a developer. The developer reportedly seized the code base and demanded the team hand over more funds and NFT reserves. Additionally, the developer took over Milady’s Twitter account, causing further confusion among the platform’s users. Fang has promised that the relevant personnel will be held legally responsible for their actions. It remains unclear how this incident will affect Milady’s future operations.
