The post Liechtenstein to Accept Bitcoin Payments appeared first on Coinpedia Fintech News
Liechtenstein plans to accept Bitcoin as payment for state services, with the immediate conversion into Swiss francs to avoid exchange-rate risks. Bitcoin won’t have equal status with the franc, according to him.
Risch, the Finance Minister, may consider investing state reserves in crypto assets. The debt-free country saves thrice its yearly budget, by investing in securities. “Cryptoassets like Bitcoin are risky but could change”, according to Risch.
