In the latest news, FTX, which recently appointed Galaxy Digital to manage its crypto holdings, is warning claimants to stay alert after bankruptcy claims agent Kroll, who is managing cryptocurrency exchange FTX’s proceedings, suffered a “cybersecurity incident” that affected some non-sensitive user data. FTX has stressed that its own systems were not affected, and passwords were not maintained by Kroll. The exchange has warned claimants to be vigilant for attempted fraud and scam emails. Earlier this week, FTX appointed Galaxy Digital to manage its crypto holdings.
