ARK Invest has filed a new application for an Ethereum ETF with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ethereum is the world’s second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, after Bitcoin. The submitted ETF would track the price and performance of Ethereum-based investments. If approved, this would be the second cryptocurrency ETF launched by ARK Invest, following its successful launch of the first Bitcoin ETF in Canada earlier this year. The company restarts to bet big on digital assets and sees considerable growth potential in the cryptocurrency market.
