The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has accused Binance US’s holding company, BAM, of producing only 220 documents during the discovery process, which include “unintelligible screenshots and documents without dates or signatures.” The accusation was made in a court filing on Sept. 14. The SEC is currently investigating Binance for potential violations of US securities laws. Binance US has not yet responded to the accusation.
